FG declare Monday as Public Holiday To mark the 2019 Eid-El-Maulud

The Federal Government through the Minister of Interior has declared Monday, November 11, 2019, as Public Holiday to mark the 2019 Eid-El-Maulud celebration in commemoration of the birthday of the Holy Prophet Muhammad.

The Honourable Minister made the declaration on Thursday in Abuja on behalf of the Federal Government.

This was contained in a statement by the Director, Press & Public Relations, Ministry of Interior, Mr. Mohammed Manga and made available to newsmen.

The Minister congratulated Muslim Faithful on the occasion and enjoined them to live within the virtues and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, which are; love, courage and perseverance, adding that doing so would guarantee peace and security in the country.
